The cafeteria is air-conditioned and serves a hot lunch every day.

 

Classrooms have computer workstations, televisions and DVD/VCR players. Morning announcements are fed to each classroom each morning. Classrooms are networked to the server for Internet access and accessibility to instructional software. All classrooms feature interactive boards that allows students to view and interact directly from a computer.

 

A state-of-the-art science lab was completed at Guardian Angels in fall 2007. The lab features equipment and space that each grade level uses. Students also use SMARTboard technology to complement their lab work.

 

The library has an extensive collection of books to support the Accelerated Reader program. It also serves as the location for two book fairs annually.

 

The band room features a wireless microphone system for the director as well as numerous instruments. The room also has technology for audio recording and mixing as well as projection capabilities.

 

Renovated in 2003, the main office houses the principal, assistant principal, administrative assistant, and clerk. The area also includes a small teacher work area and large volume copier.

 

The school has one computer lab with enough computers to accommodate the largest class size in Grades K-4. Through the use of a projector, students can view the teacher’s instruction and demonstrations of software, DVDs, and websites on a large screen. New software is purchased annually.

 

The current playground was donated and constructed by the PTA in 2021.

 

The Sister Dolores Beringer Parish Center opened in 2005 with its large air-conditioned gym. The center also features a concession stand and a stage with a sound and light system used for school and parish productions.

 

Formerly the church, the Fr. Haley Gym served the school and parish exclusively for many years. Games and practices are still held there.

 

GA’s football field and expanded concession area host football games of all levels each fall.
