Art Show
Saturday, May 15 - after the 5:00 pm Mass
Sunday, May 16 - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (after all Masses)
Monday, May 17 - 8:15-11:30
Please come and help your children celebrate their artistic talents and abilities! Every child in the school has beautiful and creative art work in the Show. Children in grades 1 - 8 have two or more pieces on display! Also, learn about our theme--Ancient Cultures!
Volunteers needed for set-up and take-down of the Art Show:
Thursday, May 13 - set-up of the Ancient Culture area
1:30 p.m.--meet in the art room
Friday, May 14 - set-up of the main part of the show
8 a.m.--meet in the art room
Monday, May 17 - take down of the show
11:30 a.m.--meet in the undercroft

Check all that apply and add comments if you need to ask any questions regarding volunteer times.
