Guardian Angels School is seeking to hire a Primary Aide for the 2026–2027 school year. Candidates should have experience working with young children and an understanding of early elementary development. The ideal candidate will support the lead teacher in creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that promotes foundational academic skills, positive behavior, and student independence. Responsibilities include assisting with small group instruction, supporting classroom routines, supervising students, and helping meet individual learning needs. Candidates should demonstrate patience, flexibility, and a positive, caring demeanor, while also working collaboratively as part of a team and building strong relationships with students, teachers, and families.
